The Entrance

Opens to a grand foyer with a 45-foot ceiling, and a majestic split staircase leading to the master bedroom and guest suite. An elevator located between the dining room and kitchen area services the master bedroom and guest suite. There are 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms (not all finished).



Both can be accessed via the grand staircase, by a stairwell beside the kitchen or by elevator. Each suite is entered through large double doors.   • The Natural Gas system, with two Industrial gas furnaces, acting as a two back-up system –
    • Industrial gas furnace, from Germany, Man Rondojnat Weisaust, of 300,000 BTUs. Hansa injection.
    • Vie s/s Mann Vitola Biferal, from Germany, of 150,000 BTUs. Hansa injection.

The Roof

Is slate with large gutters and down pipes, and flashings of copper.
