The company wishes to emphasize that the initial programme is to examine and open old workings, in particular the Gold Bug adit. The general aim is to create production value while carrying out exploration on the balance of the properties.As a start to this exploration project the company commissioned Taiga Consultants Ltd., professional Geologists, to examine the property and prepare a NI 43-101 report.The initial field examination was completed by James W. This report will be submitted to Silvercup in October 2014.Mr. Davis has previously worked in this area for other resource companies and has records and personal knowledge of local geology which was made available to Silver Cup.In general, the Silver Cup Property is the last available undeveloped site on the North-Westerly trending strike of the mineralised zone. Four major resource companies are actively working on old historic claims in this zone. Tarantis Resources - North of the old town of Ferguson. Rupestris Mines - at Beaton River. Jazz Resources - on Teddy Glacier. Mineral Mountain - East of SilverCup Roca Mines Inc - Max Mine - West of Silvercup at Trout Lake Village Each has spent several millions of dollars on development, (with positive results), in the past two years.This area has never been the subject of a detailed overall geologic survey as now proposed by Silver Cup Resources Inc.Mineral occurrences have been found and mined in the past but current technology and mining expertise need to be applied to this entire area in order to maximize these mineral values.Excerpts from the Taiga report are included herein to illustrate the significant potential of this property. A modern processing plant in the area with crushing, milling and concentrating facilities is also available at a discounted price which could be used to process ore from the Silver Cup claims. Summary of the Technical Report"Based on observations made during the property visit, a new exploration model has been proposed, which may lead to the discovery of a breccia pipe in this camp. A breccia pipe hosts the Max Molybdenum Mine in the range of mountains west of Trout Lake. While this breccia pipe hosts a high grade moly-deposit, it is proposed that this type of structure may be present on the Silver Cup Property. While there are known resources identified on the Silver Cup Property, the number of silver occurrences and works indicate that the Silver Cup Property is a property of merit and worthy of additional exploration."Exploration and Sampling Approach:"The location of the vein system along the incised valley of Lardeau Creek indicates that the silver mineralization at the higher elevations of the property may be fed by such a brecciate vein. It also opens up the possibility that breccia pipes similar to the Max Mine may exist in this area. Rather than confining exploration to the old showings, a new exploration model based on locating such a *breccia pipe could change the entire complexity of this silver camp and open up the possibility that a large high grade deposit could be discovered. The old prospectors found numerous showings and deposits, but the level of knowledge about the geological implications of what they found would have eluded them. In colloquial parlance, they couldn't see the forest for the trees."*breccia pipe - also known as a chimney because of it's vertical structure.Conclusion:Based on the positive N1 43-101 report from Taiga Consultants, along with the Ministry of Mines official reports on the seven historic mines on site, Silver Cup Resources Inc. is confident that the application of current technology and mining expertise to this resource area will result in a successful project.
