Silver Cup Resources Inc.The Silver Cup Resources Property is comprised of 10 contiguous tenures - (claims) covering over 4000 acres of Crown Land, (77 Cells) in the Lardeau District of the Revelstoke Mining Division, British Columbia. There are Crown Grants within the Silver Cup boundaries, owned by others which are to be optioned by Silver Cup. The 7 Silvercup mine sites are outside these crown grants. The district is historically famous as a major producer of Silver a major producer of Silver and Gold with mines dating back to the 1890's era. As stated in the official records of the Ministry of Mines the following is a list of values attributed to our silver cup mines. Gold Bug - 0.7 tp 1/3 grams/tonne Gold, 82 to 2468 grams/tonne silver Canadian Boy - Up to 15.77grams/tonne Gold, Up to 2180 grams/tonne Silver Brow - Old Crown Grant Claim D.L. 5687 Raven - "4 Tonnes of ore produced 5319 grams (171 oz) Silver Abrahamson - "Values for Gold & 3428 grams/tonne Silver" Slash - Targets found (for silver, copper, lead and zinc) but not evaluated 5 Mile - Old Mill Site & tailings claim. The company wishes to emphasize that the initial programme is to examine and open old workings, in particular the Gold Bug adit. The general aim is to create production value while carrying out exploration on the balance of the properties. As a start to this exploration project the company commissioned Taiga Consultants Ltd., professional Geologists, to examine the property and prepare a NI 43-101 report. The initial field examination was completed by James W. Davis, P.Geol, P.Geo, FGAC in September 2009 and his report was submitted to the Company on October 30, 2009. Silver Cup has again Commissioned Taiga Consultants to prepare a current N1 43 101 Report on their 10 tenures, (4000 acres). This report will be submitted to Silvercup in October 2014.Mr. Davis has previously worked in this area for other resource companies and has records and personal knowledge of local geology which was made available to Silver Cup.In general, the Silver Cup Property is the last available undeveloped site on the North-Westerly trending strike of the mineralised zone. Four major resource companies are actively working on old historic claims in this zone. Tarantis Resources - North of the old town of Ferguson. Rupestris Mines - at Beaton River. Jazz Resources - on Teddy Glacier. Mineral Mountain - East of SilverCup Roca Mines Inc - Max Mine - West of Silvercup at Trout Lake Village Each has spent several millions of dollars on development, (with positive results), in the past two years. This area has never been the subject of a detailed overall geologic survey as now proposed by Silver Cup Resources Inc.Mineral occurrences have been found and mined in the past but current technology and mining expertise need to be applied to this entire area in order to maximize these mineral values.Excerpts from the Taiga report are included herein to illustrate the significant potential of this property. A modern processing plant in the area with crushing, milling and concentrating facilities is also available at a discounted price which could be used to process ore from the Silver Cup claims. Summary of the Technical Report"Based on observations made during the property visit, a new exploration model has been proposed, which may lead to the discovery of a breccia pipe in this camp. A breccia pipe hosts the Max Molybdenum Mine in the range of mountains west of Trout Lake. While this breccia pipe hosts a high grade moly-deposit, it is proposed that this type of structure may be present on the Silver Cup Property. While there are known resources identified on the Silver Cup Property, the number of silver occurrences and works indicate that the Silver Cup Property is a property of merit and worthy of additional exploration."Exploration and Sampling Approach:"The location of the vein system along the incised valley of Lardeau Creek indicates that the silver mineralization at the higher elevations of the property may be fed by such a brecciate vein. It also opens up the possibility that breccia pipes similar to the Max Mine may exist in this area. Rather than confining exploration to the old showings, a new exploration model based on locating such a *breccia pipe could change the entire complexity of this silver camp and open up the possibility that a large high grade deposit could be discovered. The old prospectors found numerous showings and deposits, but the level of knowledge about the geological implications of what they found would have eluded them. In colloquial parlance, they couldn't see the forest for the trees."*breccia pipe - also known as a chimney because of it's vertical structure. Conclusion:Based on the positive N1 43-101 report from Taiga Consultants, along with the Ministry of Mines official reports on the seven historic mines on site, Silver Cup Resources Inc. is confident that the application of current technology and mining expertise to this resource area will result in a successful project. The Precious metals Mine will be a major opportunity for the right investor. Some of the key features of the project include: The host rock is a “Volcanic Rhyolite” that has been homogenously mineralized with precious metals from surface to depth, (drilled only to 250'), 3,000 ft of core. Operational pilot plant has recovered onto resins the following metals: Platinum, Gold, Rhodium and Rubidium. Mineralogical rare earth elements found: Cerium, Lanthanum, Yttrium, Niobium and Neodymium. 120 tons have been already processed during piloting. Ore is a high grade Gold & PGE deposit with a Sulfur content of less than 0.2%. All Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility protocols, stake/record claims (70), State and Federal agencies filings, drill core holes and independent lab validations have been completed for a land area of 2 ½ square miles. Proven reserves in the drilling grid is 50 million tons of ores on only 3 of the 70 mining claims, with a value in excess of US $54 billion. Bulk Sample permits have been obtained and 2,600 tons of ore are ready to be processed. Permitting ready to start on the 50 million tons reserve. The process has been proven through Pilot Plant testing, the method being used is a halogen vat leach (no cyanide). The customized eco-friendly commercial process received quick zoning approvals from the County/State officials (DEQ, Local P&Z & MSHA) as a result. The process recycles all solutions and the waste rock is benign. Owners have worked diligently since 2004 to build excellent community relationships with local residents, city, country and BLM. The County and State are mining friendly / want the jobs and tax income derived from it. The property encompasses 2 square miles, which are under the Partnerships control on 70 claims. Plant and processing operations are fully permitted with over 11,000 sq ft and office 1,000 sq ft. located on 9 acres off site of claims. Portuguese Creek Partners LLLP that has produced volumes of data both internally and through independent consultants over 10 years of exploration that verifies and validates the resource.
